Biography:

YichunDong received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Technology fromBeijing University of Chemical Technology. He joined Hefei Universityof Technology in 2020 as Lecturer of Chemical Engineering andTechnology.


ResearchInterests

Conductedextensive research on the application of challenging-to-separatesystems, energy storage systems, and resource recycling andtransformation systems during the media strengthening process. Myresearch interests primarily revolve around two crucial areas:

  • Constructingthermodynamic models and their applications in the chemicalindustry.

  • Applyingcomputer-aided molecular design techniques to optimize media types(conventional media, ionic liquids, eutectic solvents, etc.) andprocess optimization
